Our construction management team translates our design inspiration into brick-and-mortar masterworks. From obtaining permits to hiring local subcontractors to preparing job accounting reports, our construction managers oversee the construction process down to the smallest detail.

Our construction Management role encompasses:

Guaranteed maximum cost or cost plus with shared savings program
Detailed, accurate construction cost estimating for each phase of design
Material and subcontractor selection
Construction scheduling and quality control
Project accounting and final cost analysis

New construction:

• earthworks with stripping, foundation and substructure works, including erection of sheet pile walls and diaphragm walls;
• civil works – erection of load-bearing and enclosing structures of any configuration (solid and precast reinforced concrete, metal structures, masonry);
• installation of curtain facade structures – ventilated tile, glass or sandwich panel facades, metal element advertising structures, etc;
• design and installation of external and internal utilities;
• roof waterproofing works;
• finishing works of any complexity;
• land improvement.

Reconstruction of buildings, reinforcement of engineering structures, overhaul:

• reinforcement or arrangement of new foundations and substructures, including with pile installation, reinforcement of engineering structures with the use of innovative technologies: installation of casing or carbon fiber coating tapes or grids, reinforcement of slabs and expansion of spans in the existing column grid with the use of prestressed members, etc;
• erection of additional structures on buildings, increasing the number of storeys, installation of entresols, installation of extensions to the existing facilities;
• concrete spraying in structures, grouting of cracks, installation of new and repair of the existing waterproofing, including in basements, by grouting;
• reinforcement of the existing engineering structures (walls, columns, floor slabs) using traditional methods with the application of metal and reinforced concrete reinforcement members;
• repair and reinforcement of facades, including multilayer ones with brick lining, ventilated facades, additional weatherization of external walls;
• current repairs and overhauls of individual structural units and structures of any complexity.
